Khamenei said he was shutting down one of the most notorious prisons in Iran Kahrizak detention facility because of its dangerous conditions.
Well that was nice of him, but it is only being shut down to build a new and we assume better version of the jail. The problem is not with the individual prisons although I assume they are all horrible, the problem is with the entire regime.
